About This Blog

This blog has been created as part of my self care routine. My goal is to have a place to work through my thoughts and to record my progress. It is public because I don't have a need to hide my struggles and progress and maybe if someone who is struggling with depression comes across it, she will be encouraged. I am not a writer and I am 100% sure that grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors abound. That is okay. Doing this is enough.

Jennifer Campbell: My name is Jennifer. I find my peace most easily when I am alone in nature. The mountains, the ocean, the desert, I am happy anywhere. I am trying to become my very best me, just as much for the people I love, as for my own well being. I am in counseling because of my depression and anxiety. I am practicing yoga for my body and my spirit. I am pursuing a relationship with God for my spiritual health and to make a positive impact in the world and the people around me. I am not great at any of these things. I am in progress, but I love myself and the person I am becoming. I will be sharing my personal experiences, thoughts, and beliefs as I try to grow as an individual, a Christ follower, a wife, a mother, a friend, and a citizen of earth.
